The Trustee
Your Fund is run by a Trustee company (the Trustee) called Towers Watson Superannuation Pty Ltd (ABN 56 098 527 256, AFSL 236049). The Trustee has been certified as an approved trustee by APRA, the regulator of super funds in Australia.
The Fund has also been registered with APRA.
The Trustee is independent of any investment manager, insurer or other financial organisation, so it is free to pick and choose the best experts to help it run the Fund.
The Trustee runs the Fund in line with a legally binding document called the Trust Deed.
Members may also have their say with respect to the running of the Fund through the Policy Committee. Half of the members who sit on the Policy Committee are elected by members of the Fund, and half are nominated by the Company.

Who is the Administrator?
Towers Watson Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 45 002 415 349, AFSL 229921) is the superannuation firm responsible for administering your super fund. This means that they look after all the record keeping, including all of the details that are shown on this site. They keep track of your contributions, your benefits, who you've nominated to receive your super if you die, and how long you've been with the company.
Towers Watson Australia has outsourced the provision of administration services to Link Super Pty Limited (ABN 68 146 993 660) a Corporate Authorised Representative (No.401938) of Pacific Custodians Pty Limited (ABN 66 009 682 866, AFSL 295142).
Aside from administration services, Towers Watson are actuaries and consultants to the Fund and provide advice on a range of matters including investment objectives and strategies and communications.
Investment of the Fund's assets is delegated to specialist investment management firms who are all listed in the latest Annual Report. You'll also find information in the Annual Report about the insurance company that provides death and disability insurance for the Fund.
Who is JANA Investments?
Investment of the Fund's assets is delegated to a specialist investment advisory company called JANA Investment Advisers Pty Ltd (ABN 97 006 717 568, AFSL 230693).
JANA currently advises a wide variety of clients from the public sector, industry fund sector, corporate sector as well as several church and endowment funds.
Founded in 1987, JANA has a team of investment professionals, who all undertake both investment research and consulting roles.
JANA offers investment advice on a range of investment issues, from general advice on investment markets and different asset classes (eg. shares, property, bonds) to specific advice on investment products and investment managers.
