The Oracle Superannuation Plan offers you five different investment options: Diversified Shares, Growth, Balanced, Stable, and Cash.
Can I choose more than one option?
The Plan's five investment options are designed to suit different types of investors.
You can choose to split your super between different investment options in any proportion - as long as it totals 100% and your selection is in multiples of 10%. For example, you may decide to invest half your super in the Growth option and half in the Balanced option.
If you decide to choose more than one option, it's always important to check the total mix of assets for your super investment. One of the Plan's current options may already offer that same mix of assets. For example, investing your super in a combination of 40% Balanced, 20% Growth and 40% Diversified Shares is very similar to the asset mix offered by the Growth option.
Can I invest my future contributions in a different way from my current account balances?
Yes, you can choose to invest your future contributions in a different way from your current account balances.
This will allow you to gradually change your total mix of assets by investing your future contributions differently to your current account balance.
What happens if I never make a choice?
You must make an investment choice when you join the Plan.
Choosing your investment option(s)
You can choose one or more investment options when you first join the Plan. After that you can change your investment choice on the first day of each month. If you are changing your investment options, you must submit your request at least five working days before the date you want your change to take place.
You can make three types of switches. You can:
1. Change how your future contributions are invested. This switch change is available from the first day of each month at no cost.
2. Change how your current account balances are invested. A switching fee applies each time you change how your account balances are invested.
3. Change how both your current account balances and your future contributions are invested. A switching fee applies each time you change how your account balances are invested.
